Pockets is a surprisingly fun and large business with plenty of pool and drinks and food to go around. The place looks super sketchy from a distance because it is so far back in its parking lot and has a pretty rough look on the outside but the inside is loud (literally... like I can barely hear myself sometimes) and rife with people. I've mostly gone just for the pool and drinks but I'm looking forward to trying their wings soon as I have heard they are incredible. Will update review when food is tasted.

Fantastic spot to play pool. So many tables, and enough room between each to play comfortably even with a packed house. There was a cop/security dude sitting near the front door waiting for something to pop off I suppose--but there were no issues at all; this place had a pretty decent vibe. I forget the name of our server, but she was super attentive and very sweet. Average height, short dark hair and some face piercings I want to say..if you're reading this, please send a message so I can put your name on this girl--you rock! We went on Thursday night, 9/21/18, stayed for a few hours and left around 12:30am. Bathrooms were clean, and the drinks were nice and strong--my only complaint is they come in such a small glass. Bigger than a shot glass, but not by much. The gangsta strength in the drinks make up for the lack of size though. There's a patio out front with tables and chairs to chill and ashtrays so I assume they are easy going and don't frown so much on smokers. What's extra nice about this place is a VIP type room available to rent at $25/hr. Not only do you have a private room with a table and SO much space, but your own personal TV & option to play your own music instead of having to listen to that godawful-stab-my-eardrums-with-an-icepick Mexican music that seems to be playing on a continuous loop. No offense to Spanish people, but your music sucks a fat man's sweaty nutsack. It all sounds the same, like country music.--which, by the way, played as well. People really should reserve that Wrangler wearing, boot-scootin', twangy "music" for those intimate moments they feel appropriate to play while banging that not-so-distant cousin. It's just not for me, that's all I'm really trying to say. We tried to throw some Perfect Circle and Post Malone on the upcoming play list to switch it up, but there was so much crappy music scheduled that we never heard any of the songs we wanted. Oh well, just saying the reason I lost those last few games is probably because loud and whiny, neverending nonsensical Mariachi type music bums me out.

Out of towner in for some afternoon pool with family and friends. Brand new surface on tables are awesome, and no issues with service. Music was a little dated and made me reminisce about high school in EP.
